Supply Fee due by First Meeting for each member. If there are extenuating circumstances speak to me quietly, send a note or an to: $10 Supply fee: This is due no later than the first grade level art club meeting. These funds go to more involved supplies for the art club members and some basic art supplies.

Rules and Expectations for Panther Art Club Members: 1. If you miss two meetings you will receive a warning the third unexcused miss will result in leaving the art club 2. If your car ride is not here when the activity busses are ready to leave you will be on a bus to go home 3. Two missed car rides is a warning with a third being asked to leave the club 4. Attend monthly meetings 5. Be prompt 6. Go to your lockers before coming to art club 7. Be an active participant 8. This is not a social club 9. This is an opportunity to explore a variety of art experiences and mediums 10. You may bring your own supplies and you are responsible for them for your meeting date 11. You may choose to work on the project selected or work independently on your individual art skills 12. You may bring a snack and your own device to listen to music during club time if you wish as long as you are responsible with it and follow the expectations.

Bus Passes: I will have two boxes set up One will be with pre-signed passes You are to take one pass PRINT your name and today’s date on it Keep the white copy Give the yellow copy back to me when I ask for it Know your address and your subdivision where you live Write your activity bus number down on your buss pass

Dismissal Process: Clean up all supplies, tables and the floor before you leave Show respect to the art studio and supplies Stack up chairs when asked in stacks no higher than 8 Be sure you have your bus pass in your hand ready to give to the driver Line up at the art room door and prepare to leave the room Gather your belongings from out side the room in the hallway Stay together as a club as we WALK to the front of the building Know your activity bus in case your ride does not show on time
