Everyone’s a Leader What are the 3 types of leaders Autocratic – One person has all the power and makes all the decisions. –Closely supervises the group –Never lets others have a say –More interested in getting the job done than in respecting others feelings.

Everyone’s a Leader Democratic Leader- All of the people are involved and help in the decision making. –Allows the group members to express their ideas and opinions –Always listens to others –Supervises only as needed, allowing individuals to use their own judgment. –Is considerate of the feelings of others.

Everyone’s a Leader Loose –rein ; Laissez-faire- very little control by the leader. Allows the people to do “their own thing” most of the time. –This style works well with responsible people who like to work alone. –This style may not work well if a number of decisions must be made in a short time.
