Contact No More Paper Logs Service tracker alleviates double entry. Real Time Data As data is entered into SEIS, it will generate up-to-date registers and reports. The Service Tracking feature allows users to enter the amount of time they delivered each service. Because this is done through SEIS, all pertinent information such as services on the IEP, Caseloads, Provider Types, and Service Frequency / Duration information is already in place. This feature monitors the total amount of minutes provided to the student and can report to districts, when services are being over-delivered or under-delivered. Benefits Service Tracking

Contact User Set Up

Contact Lets look at your provider type: This is the User Type that will download and be sent to your Medi-Cal billing agency. This affects the rate at which they bill the delivery of services. If incorrect, contact your district administrators. They will be able to update your User Type. Is Your User Set Up Correctly? Service Tracking

Contact Reports and Rosters

Contact Rosters Reports and Rosters Click the Service Tracking link in the STUDENTS section of the upper nav bar. Click the Roster tab.

Contact Reports Reports and Rosters Click the Service Tracking link in the STUDENTS section of the upper nav bar. Click the Reports tab.

Contact Reports Reports and Rosters Reports will pull different information for the month selected and student(s) selected.

Contact Type of Reports Reports and Rosters Reports will pull different information for the month selected and student(s) selected. Deliveries – shows all of the services and assessments delivered for the student by any provider. Over Delivered – shows any student / service where the total minutes delivered is above the number of minutes written into the IEP. Single Provider – shows all services and assessments delivered by one user. Absences – shows all service deliveries that were not delivered due to a student’s absence. Unscheduled Time – shows all deliveries marked as unscheduled time. Provider Service Totals – shows the total number of minutes a provider has delivered against each service code and the total number of assessments they have completed. Complete Export – will pull everything entered into the service tracking feature in SEIS Assessments – will pull Assessments entered.

Contact Best Practices

Contact Future IEP will be updated to show what was offered as part of the FAPE. Clicking the Continue link will remove the previous version of the service. A new service must be added for the stay put service: This will match the “old” version of the service exactly. Comments explaining that old services will continue to be provided until the parent signs / agrees. Update Service Prior to IEP Meeting Service Tracking

Contact Services should not be edited in SEIS (clicking the links) until AFTER the IEP meeting. Draft offered service on blank grid. If you do not want those previous services to show on the printed IEP, select the Do Not Print option. Edit Services After IEP Meeting Service Tracking

Contact Once a student is transferred, you are no longer able to deliver against your services. Once a student is exited, only an Admin level user can deliver against services. Verify that all delivery has been completed before you submit your Student Change Form (to exit a student). Exiting/Transferring Students Service Tracking

Contact Enter the delivery of Services / Assessments within 7 days (same as Affirming the IEP). Be sure to follow any local guidelines / timelines handed down by your District / SELPA. Additional Best Practices Service Tracking
