FRESHMAN CURRICULUM  English - English 1 or Honors English 1  - Honors placement is by invitation only  Math – Algebra 1 is standard for incoming freshmen  - Placement tests were previously offered for advancement  Science – Physical Science is standard for incoming freshmen  - Advanced placement decisions were based on a student’s performance on the mathematics placement test  Social Studies – World History/Global Studies 1  World Language – French, Latin, or Spanish  - Placement tests were previously offered for advancement  Theology – Theology 1 is standard for incoming freshmen  Required Electives – Oral Communication & Health  General Elective – one semester course of student’s choice

Scheduling Guidelines 7 Classes Per Semester  All students are required to enroll in 7.0 credits per year.
