Waiver form available on our website. * Date to be Determined: 2nd & 3rd Verification Forms Distributed Students will receive a 2nd and 3rd course verification forms that list all of their requests (core courses and electives). Students will have an opportunity to make changes to their requests on this form. * 2nd & 3rd Verification Forms Turned In Students will turn in their 2nd and 3rd verification forms. This form should include any changes the student would like to make to his/her requests before his/her final schedule is created. * June 9 Final Course Change Deadline (no schedule changes after this date)

8. * Advanced Academic Pathway: Mathematics A student has completed an Advanced Academic Pathway in Mathematics when the criteria described below have been met: * Student graduated, thereby completing 4 required credits in mathematics, AND * Student’s course history in Mathematics includes at least one AP or one post- secondary enrollment code in 27 that fulfills a core graduation requirement in Mathematics, AND * Student earned credits in two sequential courses in one world language. * Advanced Academic Pathway: Science A student has completed an Advanced Academic Pathway in Science when the criteria described below have been met: * Student graduated, thereby completing 4 required credits in Science, AND * Student’s course history in Science includes at least one AP* or one post- secondary enrollment that fulfills a core graduation requirement in Science, AND * Student earned credits in two sequential courses in one world language.

9. * Advanced Academic Pathway: Social Studies * A student has completed an Advanced Academic Pathway in Social Studies when the criteria described below have been met: * Student graduated, thereby completing 3 required credits in Social Studies, AND * Student’s course history in Social Studies includes at least one AP* Course or one post-secondary enrollment course that fulfills a core graduation requirement in Social Studies, AND * Student earned credits in two sequential courses in one world language. * Advanced Academic Pathway: English Language Arts * A student has completed an Advanced Academic Pathway in ELA when the criteria described below have been met: * Student graduated, thereby completing 4 required credits in ELA, AND * At least one AP* Course Code or one post-secondary course that fulfills a core graduation requirement in ELA, AND * Student earned credits in two sequential courses in one world language
