10 Phase I Get Ready ACCOUNTABILITY - Absolutely necessary, to oneself and to at least one other. THE “WHY” - when the “WHY” is strong enough, the “HOW” will take care of itself WRITTEN GOALS - areas to enter immediate, short-term, intermediate and long-term goals.

11 PHASE 1 GET READY (cont.) PROSPECT LIST - Our posture comes, in part, from our prospect list! With a BIG list your posture increases! Write down the names Sort the names by “the big four” Choose your Draft Board Top 10 COMMITMENT- sign the form with resolve

12 PHASE II MIA “A LOT DO A LITTLE AND A FEW DO A LOT”
ONLY 10% IN USA ARE SELF EMPLOYED, 90% OF THE WORKING POPULOUS ARE BUILDING SOME ONE ELSE’S DREAMS The 2 points solidify that one, it’s going to take a lot of business plans being shown to build a massive MEI that will allow true financial and time freedom, because not everyone wants it!! Second, never feel bad about this fact, it isn’t just network marketing, it’s all businesses!!!

13 PHASE II MIA GOOGLE only has 2 founders, a handful of executives compared to 33,000 employees. The great news is you may not be qualified to run GOOGLE, however, if you can insert a DVD, press power and play and teach others to do the same, you can be a top earner in Ignite

14 PHASE II MIA GAME PLAN 1-Host 2-3 home meetings the first week
2-Host at least 1 home meeting in the following weeks 3-Share 2 DVD BP’s/day(on average) in 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 settings Do it again the next 3o days, working with your new IA’s RUNNERS! 100 sets of eyes!!

15 PHASE II MIA Major points: Use the DVD on DVD player iPad or phone 2-IT’S THE SYSTEM-teach and edify the system by only doing it this way Prospect has 2 questions-”What’s in it for me” and “can I do it?” The DVD answers both questions by giving 100% of the information EVERY time with no glitches!! PLUG AND PLAY TO GROW YOUR MEI!!

16 PHASE II MIA-USING THE DVD
FIRST-Set a firm appointment in person or FIRST LOOK-20 minutes can deliver 100% of information. Before you start the tool, 1-2 minute summary of YOU! Next, START the tool, sit on edge of seat and watch the presentation, don’t be indifferent while viewing. SECOND-When tool is finished ask ONE simple question “what did you like best?” The answer will elicit one of 3 responses: ”If I can get that answered to your satisfaction, is there any reason you wouldn’t join our team today?” ”Lets get you started and how quickly can you get me in front of your top 5 people?” ”How would you like your name on the checks?”

17 PHASE II MIA-USING THE DVD
If you get a reply for more info(#1) then refer to a 3rd party source, upline or sponsor. If you get a (#2 or #3) DON’T say another word, be ready to enroll!!! If you get a no or not yet, move them to being your customer and then put their name on the 6 MONTH FOLLOW UP LIST, one of the MOST valuable tools of the SYSTEM. It allows you to return and show your success and few can resist success! “WHAT DID YOU LIKE BEST?” is my absolute favorite, it’s positive and elicits a positive response from the right people!

WHAT’S GOING TO BE EASIER FOR YOU, TO BENEFIT AND BECOME MY CUSTOMER OR WOULD YOU PREFER TO PROFIT AND BENEFIT BY BECOMING YOUR OWN CUSTOMER? ANYTHING LESS THAN YES, YOU SHOULD MOVE THEM TO CUSTOMER AND INITIATE **SIX-MONTH FOLLOW UP LIST**

20 PHASE IV Consistent and Persistent Followup
CAPE truly begins at the end of the first 30 days as we repeat Phases II and III for THREE sets of 100 exposures per 91 Days to Greatness The DVD tool is the SINGLE most effective means for sharing our Ignite business and the undisputed leader of DUPLICABILITY! For those of us who see FREEDOM, rather than another J-O-B there is NO better way than to use and teach “91 Days to Greatness” CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT EFFORT PAYS GREAT DIVIDENDS

21 PHASE V TEACH AND DUPLICATE
Phase V consists of teaching your team to utilize and duplicate the system within their organizations - TAD Teach and edify the system and teaching this system is the key to duplication! The Hallmark of Phase V is to establish the soundest foundation of teaching and duplication possible in the levels where you have direct contact, like PD Greg McCord states “work your first 3 levels and the rest will happen”

ACTIVE TEACHING: Personally utilizing the SYSTEM Teaching the SYSTEM to Personally Sponsored IA’s Promoting the SYSTEM on team calls and team functions Recognizing Proper Behavior PASSIVE TEACHING: Rigorous adherence to the DAILY ACTIONS A POSITIVE Attitude EDIFICATION of the SYSTEM EDIFICATION of those who DUPLICATE the SYSTEM
