STRATEGY FOR STRENGTHENING PARTICIPATION BY CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIAL ACTORS IN ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES (OAS)  5 goals o Facilitate the registration of CSOs and social actors in the CSO Registry; o Increase the level and scope of participation and recommendations submitted by CSOs o Provide timely information to CSOs and social actors on OAS activities through the use of ICTs. o Consider the contributions and proposals submitted by CSOs and social actors and take them into account during the deliberations of OAS organs, agencies and entities; o Draft periodic reports on the work carried out, the recommendations received from civil society and social actors and the decisions adopted by Member States in relation to the contributions received;
