Ratified by OAS General Assembly (2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010). A hemispheric alliance – public, private sector, NGOs. A vehicle to implement Articles 26, 27 of IDC (Lima, Peru, September 11, 2001). Long-term goal: promote and strengthen the creation of a culture of democracy through education. Interdisciplinary Advisory Board: 35 renowned experts from around the Hemisphere.
