Resume Writing Use strong verbs in conveying accomplishments (for example, “organized, “collaborated,” “led,” “analyzed”) and strong descriptive adjectives (“significant,” “innovative,” “experimental,”) Illuminate how your employment history demonstrates specific skills that are unique and marketable Be concise in your job responsibilities and accomplishments, but descriptive (make all your words count!)
