 Problem: After talking with fellow employees, I have found that:  They get little to no exercise. They also are  They are not educated on proper nutrition.  Currently we have no wellness program.  A wellness program can help ensure healthiness all around. The Problem

 How can we solve this issue: Implementing an exercise and nutrition program can help our employees:  Become more active  Learn how to eat better  Reduce risks such as cardiovascular disease The Solution

Health Promotion in the Workplace  Regular physical activity can reduce:  Feelings of depression  Risk of Cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.  Obesity (especially when combine with diet)
