2. Exercise and health program for teachers
This program is being implemented to help teachers have an exercise competition
Teachers have a lack of daily exercise due to their days being spent in the class room
This program is meant to make exercise a fun competition so that each teacher gets involved to increase overall health of staff in the school districts.

3. How it Works Equipment Needed
Teachers will be encouraged to exercise during lunch and prep periods or after school before going home for the day and change their diets to incorporate healthy eating

Having the staff use fit bits can help them track their activities throughout the day
It will track caloric burning and intake if used in sync with the app

A Treadmill is a great tool for improving cardiac endurance and overall health
Using one with a heart rate monitor will help track progress of increased heart function throughout program

8. Blood Pressure Monitor

9. Why its needed
Blood pressure levels can be elevated from unhealthy lifestyles
By improving overall health both mentally and physically blood pressure can be lowered
Using a blood pressure machine or cuff will help keep track of overall improvement throughout exercise change

11. How a bike is different from a treadmill
The bike can help benefit people in ways the treadmill can not
With someone who has arthritis of the knees or tendinitis running can be difficult
But when using a bike a lot less weight is put on the knee joints therefore causing less pain
This makes it the perfect alternative to the treadmill
It also will work out different muscle groups for a more rounded workout

It shows in spread sheet and graph form how the person has progressed and where they need improvement.
