Our school will be unaffected by this strike and will remain open to all children on this day. Healthy Schools As a healthy school we would like to remind parents not to send chocolates or sweets into school for their children to eat as part of their packed lunch. Golden Book This week the following children were presented with certificates during our ‘Golden Book’ assembly: Rec: Hollie Tolan, Kieran Rattigan-Low, Abigail Russell, Lily Rose Ansell, Lily Strentz, Hallie Evans Year 1: Rhys Shaw, Tara Kaloti, Taranvir Beesla, Ellemay Holles, Abigale Goode, Jensen Casey Year 2: Fern Mosley, Emma Lansberry, James Doran, Cayden Taylor, Corey Swift, Lucas Ellis, Anwen Draper  Reporting your child’s absence Please remember that parents are required to inform school of their child’s absence on each day that they are unable to attend. Parents should also send a written/or ed note confirming the period of absence & reason for the absence on the child’s return to school. This written confirmation is important as it is placed in your child’s confidential record & ensures that their absence is recorded as an ‘authorised’ absence. Mathletics We have now purchased mathletics. All children can access this resource using the logins issued earlier this year. (We will re-send logins next week in case any have been mislaid). Dogs not allowed on the playground Please remember that dogs are not allowed onto our playground. We would also ask that if you leave your dog tied to the school gate that you do so as far away from the pedestrian entrance as possible as some children are wary of dogs. Weekly attendance totals RB – 96.3%, RP – 95.7%, 1P – 94%, 1BD – 96%, 2W – 94%, 2M – 94.3% Well done all classes who exceeded the minimum attendance target of 95% Keep us updated It’s important that we have the correct contact details for you, and up to date care arrangements for your child. If anything changes please let us know as soon as possible. Simply complete the details below and return this slip to the school office: Name: …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Childs Name and Class: …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Tel: ……………………………………………………………………… …… …….………………………………………………….
