Continue Development of Internal Policies and Procedures to Efficiently Manage JCI JCI Secretary General, our JCI Staff, and I are regularly meeting on this and consistently looking for things to make JCI more efficient.

Continue to Implement and Improve the Financial Reporting and Budgeting Process Monthly financial statements sent to JCI President, SG, Treasurer and Audit Chair Quarterly financial statements to GA and JCI Board Planning on line Annual Report Clean audit with good recommendations to follow in the future

BE BETTER! We must always look for ways to BE BETTER in everything that we do, and especially in serving our members and providing them with all that they need to achieve their goals. We do this by listening, acting, walking the talk, and maintaining a servant leadership attitude.
