R10 Electronic Communications IEEE REGION 10 Meet 2 – 3 Feb ­ The IEEE Asia Pacific Operation (APO) Centre in Singapore has created various list for forwarding s to relevant volunteers in Region 10 e.g Section and Council Chairs list. ­ To add or update Point of Contact at your Section on the list, please send details to Fanny Su /Serena Dhing at the IEEE Asia Pacific Operations Centre ­ Not all officials at your Section are on the lists. It is important that Section Chairs (or any other POC on the list) forward R10 s to the relevant Chapter Chairs and SB Chairs in a timely manner. ­ Although s can be used to send out announcements, the preferred way is to send it for inclusion on website and the newsletter. Reports about technical activities organised by your Sections such as lectures, robot contests, plant tours, science fairs, career workshops etc. Reports about social activities such as Section or Council anniversaries, annual dinner & awards ceremony, and results of annual elections & new officers Student Branch Activities Please send your reports as early as possible. If your report is edited you will have the opportunity to review the edited version before publication. Send your reports in MS WORD and pictures in JPEG format. Images extracted from PDF files are not always of good quality.
