4. 2006 R10 Outstanding Volunteer Award There were total eight nominations received. Bombay, Bangalore, Gujarat, Kerala Lahore, Queensland, Singapore, Thailand Dr. Ekachai Leelarasmee (Thailand Section) is the top winner of the Award Other winners: Dr.Mayank Pande (Gujerat section) Dr.King-Jet Tseng (Singapore Section) Certification will be done at the dinner this evening.

5. 2007 R10 Outstanding Volunteer Award (Plan) Call for nomination in September, deadline on 30 November, 2007 The Award Committee considers the nominations from the sections. One recipient traveling expenses to be sponsored by R10.

6. 2005 R10 Large and Small Distinguish Section Singapore Section is a winner of the 2005 R10 Large Distinguish Section Award. Islamabad Section is a winner of the 2005 R10 Small Distinguish Section Award. The Award Instrument is a Certificate and $1,000 cash bonus presented at the dinner this evening.

7. 2006 R10 Large and Small Distinguish Section (Plan) The annual reports from the sections are carefully evaluated for selection. ‘Large Section’ is defined as a section with the membership of no less than 501 on December 31 st in 2006. ‘Small Section’ is defined as a section with the membership of less than 500 on December 31 st in 2006. The Award Instrument is a Certificate and $1,000 cash bonus. Second distinguish sections are planning to be honored. Those sections which received the award in recent 3 years are NOT a candidate.

8. 2006 R10 GOLD Award The Region 10 GOLD Award was proposed and set up in 2006 R10 Committee Meeting. Helene Fung of West Australia Section is the first recipient of R10 GOLD Award. Helene was nominated to the RAB GOLD Award Program and also won the 2006 RAB GOLD Award. The Award Instrument is a Certificate presented at the dinner this evening.

9. 2007 R10 GOLD Award (Plan) Call for Nomination – July Nomination Deadline – end August Result Announcement – end September The recipient will be nominated to RAB GOLD Award –deadline 15 October. One recipient traveling expenses to be sponsored by R10

10. 2006 Award Expenses $1,000 x 2 bonus paying to Large and Small Section Awards $1,639 for traveling expense for Award expenses The office expense is $433 Total 06 Award expense is $4,072

11. 2007 Award Budget Propose $5,000 budget for the R10 Award to support: 1.$2,000 to the Large and Small Distinguish Section Award 2.$2,000 to the traveling expense for the Outstanding Volunteer & GOLD Award 3.$,1000 to other expenses
