When I call a place civilized, what does that mean to you?

NORTH AMERICAN ANCIENTS HOHOKAMS MOUND BUILDERS ANASAZIS

MOUND BUILDERS - GULF OF MEXICO TO THE OHIO AND MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEYS Earliest mounds in the United States at Watson Brake near Monroe, LA. The purpose of these mounds is unclear.
