SUMMARY OF SCHOOL HISTORY In 2007, established as an “Employment Training Center” under Social Protection Program; In 2008, re-organized as a “Vocational Training & Production Center” under investment by World Vision International, MECS and Gobisumber Governor Office; In 2010, became as a “Mining Excellency School” under TVET projects of MCA-M and Oyu Tolgoi project In 2012, advanced as a “Gobisumber Polytechnic College”; 2

MCA-MONGOLIA: TVET PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND OUTCOMES 1.Intensive Technical English Training = 70,500 USD; 2.8 basic technical laboratories with 900 sq.m = 677,663 USD; 3.The latest equipment for 8 basic technical laboratories, including mining heavy machine operators, hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanics, electrics/electronics, mechatronics, welding & diesel engines = 1,752,638 USD; 4.Apprenticeship training of 6 technical trainers at Wagner Asia Equipment LLC for 1,8 months = 180,000 USD; 10
