trainees participated (1,000 validation participants were planned) The pilot test bed lacked preparation in some areas : - Required basic skills, qualified trainers, equipment and infrastructure Suggested Solution : - Provide a prerequisite list for each course - Provide a equipment and infrastructure list 9/11

Active Participation - Expand the courses to share other member country’s knowledge and skills e-Learning Forum Discussion - Utilize the discussion board on WSI official website Technical Committee Organize a committee for quality assurance and certification of the e-Learning Package
