Erasmus Mundus Action 2 - Strand 1 Lot 1: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia ERASMUS MUNDUS Al Idrisi Project Management Erasmus Mundus – Al Idrisi is a European project  Project Management Unit (PMU)  responsible for the correct implementation and coordination of the project  established at the Universidad de Granada a multilateral network of universities  Partnership Coordination Board (PCB)  defines the policy of the partnership as a whole  establishes common rules and standards  operates on a global structural level  includes all partner institutions
