Experts produce the External evaluation Report and make recommendations for improvement

13 Based on the External Evaluation Report produced by International Expert, State Council of Accreditation Agency decides whether to approve the study program or not State council is also consisted by two International members to make impartial decision

14 The goal of accreditation is to ensure that education provided by higher education institutions meet acceptable level of quality

15 Accreditation is a formal and transparent process of quality control
It is performed by an independent body, based on internationally recognized defined standards, examines whether institutions and/or programmes offered at university level comply with minimum quality requirements. The accreditation process decides on the status and recognition of institutions and academic programmes for a certain period of time.

16 Accreditation in the field of higher education guarantees to society and to all involved stakeholders, the security that the quality of teaching and learning meets the minimum international standards. At the same time, accreditation increases the transparency in the increasingly complex offers of national and international educational providers.

17 Development of an effective study program is a continuous and cyclic process.
The process becomes more qualitative when it is performed :  1. the evaluation of existing program 2.designing of an enhanced study program/or a new study program  3. Implementation of a new /revised study program 4. Evaluation of the revised program.

18 The designing of a study program must not be seen as the last end, excellence of the curriculum development process, but it shall be seen more as an essential step of continuous curriculum development process
