The Whole Senior Connection ™ enables seniors to contact the providers of those services that you decide are best for you, conveniently and anonymously. The Whole Child Connection is used by children and their families. There are only four steps to follow: 1.Complete a Profile, 2.Review & Select Services & Providers, 3.Create a Success Plan, 4.Get Connected.

You must select at least one service to proceed. When you have finished selecting services, select “Display Provider Details” at the bottom of the page to view the information and organizations that provide the services you selected. You may return to this screen and change your selection later. Select one or more services to see the appropriate providers.

If you choose to stay anonymous, you must contact the service providers directly at your convenience. Or, if you prefer, simply enter an address and/or phone number so the provider may contact, or connect with, you. You have now made the connections to the services you needed. Note: A service provider will not contact you unless you have given them permission and the contact information to do so.
