2 Click to edit Master title style Getting Started Visit: www.PropexPlus.comwww.PropexPlus.com Obtain: Your Propex representative will provide you with a user name and password Enter: User Name (in the far right upper corner of home page) Enter: Password (below user name) Click: “Sign In” (directly beside User name and password)

3 Click to edit Master title style Your Profile: Click “Update Your Profile” (far left side of page below shown logo)

4 Click to edit Master title style Review all contact information, make changes, upload your logo according to provided specifications and complete the “Brochure Display Values” section with your personalized message. Click “Update Account” (bottom of page below Brochure Display Values information).

6 Creating co-branded material: Below the headline title “Create a Sales Sheet PDF”, choose and click on the brochure you would like to create.

7 Click to edit Master title style For example: click on “Create a Concrete Solutions Sales Sheet”, click on your desired product from the list appearing under “Concrete Solutions”.

8 Click to edit Master title style View the created sell sheet in the small window by scrolling the small bar to the right side of the image. Ensure your logo and proper contact information appears properly at the bottom of the page. NOTE: if your contact information is incorrect or your logo needs to be changed or the Brochure Display Values message needs to be changed please see step 3.

9 Click to edit Master title style Provided all of the information is correct in the previous screen, you have three choices to make at this screen…….

10 Click to edit Master title style 1) “Go back and make changes”: this choice allows you go back to your dashboard and select a different option (Sell Sheet, Special Offer, etc.) in case you selected the wrong one. 2) “Email this PDF”: this choice allows you to automatically e-mail the created piece of literature to your customer database (see step 5 on loading your customer database). When you click “Email this PDF” it will provide you with the option to select a group of customer via drop down menu, enter a subject line and create a message for the body of the e-mail. Upon completing these steps, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Send this PDF now”. Your created piece of literaturen will be automatically sent to your customers (based on your selections during input of your customers). 3) “Finish & Generate PDF for Download”: this choice allows you to save the newly created piece of literature as a high resolution print ready PDF to your computer. Once saved, you can e-mail the PDF or print it.

11 Click to edit Master title style Emailing your PDF: Entering or loading Your Customers makes it simple to instantly e-mail your co-branded customized literature!

12 Click to edit Master title style My Customers: Click on the “My Customers” link under Resource Center. NOTE: If you want to return to your main menu at any time, click on “My Dashboard” located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

13 Click to edit Master title style Once you’ve clicked on “My Customers”, you will notice (after you have entered customers) a complete listing of your customers appears. Click on “Add a New Account” to build a private CRM.

14 Click to edit Master title style Adding a new customer is simple, complete the form with your customer’s information and note the next step very carefully to ensure the proper customer is receiving the proper literature from you.

15 Click to edit Master title style As you complete your customer’s information and scroll down the form, you will notice a section containing “Additional Contacts” and most importantly a section that allows you to choose Concrete Solutions, Geosynthetics or Soil & Erosion. Check the most appropriate box or boxes based on the products that are specific to your customer’s needs. If that customer only focuses on Soil & Erosion – check only that box. If that customer focuses on all three, check all three boxes. This is VERY IMPORTANT, as you will be given the option to choose a category for the e-mail (see page prior for details).

16 Click to edit Master title style As you complete your customer’s information and scroll down the form, you will notice a section Containing “Additional Contacts” and most importantly a section that allows you to choose Concrete Solutions, Geosynthetics or Soil & Erosion. Check the most appropriate box or boxes based on the products that are specific to your customer’s needs. If that customer only focuses on Soil & Erosion – check only that box. If that customer focuses on all three, check all three boxes. *VERY IMPORTANT, as you will be given the option to choose a category for the e-mail (see page prior for details).

17 Click to edit Master title style Creating a Special Offer: Return to your dashboard and select one of the special offer links based on your desired product area.

18 Click to edit Master title style *VERY IMPORTANT: this function allows you to truly create a custom offer, based on your location, your inventory, your business needs, etc. to your customers. Once you’ve clicked on the product area you desire to make a special offer – enter the offer on this screen. NOTE: You can change font, font size, font color, center/left/right align, bold and other functions at this screen.

19 Click to edit Master title style As previously discussed, you will receive the following screen which allows you to view your newly created piece of literature and determine if you want to go back and change, e-mail or save as a PDF. For all other menu items under “Create a Sell Sheet PDF”, simply follow the instructions shown on each page. The functionality is simple and reflects all of the aforementioned screens at one point in the process.

20 Click to edit Master title style Not every piece of literature needs to be co-branded or custom built, therefore please review the “Resource Center” from your Dashboard. The “Resource Center” offers you everything from Case Studies to Engineering Bulletins to Project Spotlights and much more. You can even “Ask an Engineer” a question or keep up with industry News, or download a Propex logo for co-op advertising opportunities. Choose any one of these links to find what you need!

21 Click to edit Master title style PropexPlus is a tool that continues to grow as we add more items for download and co-branding.
