I promise…

To always ask my parents before going online

Never to give out my name, address, phone number, my picture, school name, or any adult’s credit card number to anyone online, including social networking sites (instagram, facebook, etc.)

Never to give out my passwords

Always to tell an adult if I see anything online that makes me feel uncomfortable.

Never to access other areas of the Internet that are not approved by my parents or teacher.

Never to arrange a face- to-face meeting with anyone I meet online.

Never to download or install software without asking my parents or teacher first.

Never to go into chat rooms unless my parents say it’s okay.

Never to open s from someone I don’t know and never to go to links I don’t recognize.

To THINK before I post Remember – what you post shows who you areare once it’s out there you can’t take it backback Don’t be a cyber-bully!

I will be a good citizen and not do anything that hurts other people or is against the law.
