Configuration notes Image log data would not be stored directly inside the database, but in the bEST Guard server’s file system structure -> in order keep the database small and stable The database only contains a link to the related image data bEST Guard only provides a database browser notification feature should be used Image log data and related job log data is sent from Konica Minolta MFPs– that are supporting the image log feature Implementation of bEST Guard is only useful in combination with an authentication solution

Legal Pay attention to data protection requirements which could be vary due to country regulations Customer has to inform employees before using bEST Guard Employees has to sign a document “declaration of consent”
