Boot up computer properly ( first user) 5. Note ANY technical problems on “My Lab Visit” sheet (contact ICTS/copy ticket#/Fridays) * 6. Close all applications when leaving 7. Leave chairs in place 8. Remove all trash, books, etc., when departing 9. Close door & leave “My Lab Visit” sheet on desk 10. Last user of the day, close all applications and turn off computers 11. Lab check every Fridays Policies and Procedures
