Section 2 Geographers study the location of people and places on Earth’s surface and the patterns in which they are arranged. The Elements of Geography Geographers study the Earth’s physical and human features and the interactions of people, places, and the environment. Absolute Location and Relative Location

Geographers consider six elements: 1.The world in spatial terms—spatial relationships are the links people and places have to one another because of their locations. 2.
