MEMBERSHIP UPDATE District 10

Zonta International Membership Goals....Did You Know? One new club of of committed members is chartered per district per year. The number of disbanded clubs decreases by 5% in this biennium. Governor’s reports to International President Maria Jose reflect an increased level of active member participation. Club Presidents report that the necessary level of skills and competencies are represented in their clubs. The structure of Zonta International districts is optimized for the mission. (a review of district boundaries is near completion)

Zonta International Update Lt Governors are in a task force for membership facilitated by the international membership committee –Goal.... to find the root causes of declining membership! There is also a new manual! uals.aspx

Ideas from the Membership Teams View starting a new club as a service project to Zonta. Struggling clubs may need a SOM club –A strong club works to rebuild a club with the same idea as starting a new club! –More clubs equal more service

Potential New Clubs Oklahoma......May get a new club! –Central Oklahoma is exploring! District 10 e-club (TOLA) –The Board is the SOM –A slate of officers has developed –Please send us potential names! –Watch FB for updates –Our next meeting is 4/28 at 7 p.m. CDT –If you would like to join please me for an invite!

District 10 identify and contact prospects qualify those who understand and value the mission and goals of Zonta schmooze a bit to introduce the prospect to positive and energetic members who understand the benefits of Zonta. Last August we had 554 members....now at 618 Goal met for budget! Ideas to think about......

This is the time of year to renew dues. Please make sure that members understand deadlines and be active to re-recruit those that wonder if their time has been well spent! Ask those on the fence what job or project they would like to work on or change. What else>>>>>>?

Time for your success stories! Lets share out about membership events Lets share out about guests and how you invite new Zontians!

Remember why you joined Zonta It takes courage to be a Zonta member –But you and Zonta change the world. –Zonta members particpate in something that has longevity and legacy! After we are gone the change will be evident Thank you for all you do!
