11 Membership Retention To maximize membership numbers, clubs should be working to ensure that they retain members as well as gaining new members. Implementing retention strategies generally requires fewer resources than recruiting new members. Membership Growth – Membership Retention

14 Membership – recruiting new members With membership of Zonta being by invitation, there is a need for clubs to think strategically to secure new members by approaching people who will be interested in the goals of Zonta, informing them about Zonta and inviting them to join.
