The fifth webinar of the 2014 Leadership Academy Webinar Series will have Rio Tinto Leaders sharing their personal insight on how our Leaders manage risk from a business resilience, operational and communities point of view. The panel members are: This is a unique opportunity for you to take part in an interactive session with leaders from across the business and for you to share insights, comments and questions (video submissions are welcome and will be aired during the webcast – please send them to ). This webinar will be given only once. For those unable to attend the live session, a recording will be made available to all employees via the Leadership Academy. Joining Instructions NOTE: In order to ensure that your audio is linked to your webex, please join the webex session PRIOR to dialing-into the conference line. There are TWO ways of dialing in; the other option is to use VoIP. Use the system “call-back” feature Select “use phone” and select “call me at a new number” Select the “country code” from the drop down list and enter the phone number Select the first check-box to join the teleconference without pressing “1” and select the second check-box to have the phone number stored for future use Click “call me” to connect to the audio Answer your phone when it rings and follow the instructions The phone icon by your name in the participant panel indicates that you are connected to the conference Dial-in using conference line Access Code: Global call-in numbers: &ED= &tollFree=1 &ED= &tollFree=1 Once logged into the webex, click on the “Event Info” tab Locate your “Attendee ID” (the number “1” here is just an example – each participant will have their own Attendee ID) When dialing into the conference line, you will be prompted to enter your “Attendee ID” – enter it using your telephone key pad ***Adding your Attendee ID will link your audio with your webex log-in*** Webex: Event number: Event password: 1234 Event address for attendees:
