 Graphic design can be thought of as a visual language that is used to convey a message to an audience.  A graphic design is a visual representation of an idea that relies on the creation, selection, and organization of visual elements to create an effective communication.

Artist who designs art created mostly for commercial purposes. They create logos, fonts, and computer graphics. A large part of the graphic design job market is in ADVERTISING.

Commercials, posters, flyers, magazine ads, and web pages.

Assignment : Create a graphic art project using the graphic design tool, Adobe Illustrator. You can choose from the following: 1.Create an album cover for your new CD 2.Create a logo for a brand of clothing 3.Create a logo for a new soda or sports drink 1)Make a sketch of your plan. 2)Use Adobe Illustrator to create you idea. 3)Your design will be displayed for the spring music program. Your design must have your name in the design!
