Recognizes that people have a range of needs plus the extent to which these needs are met will dictates their performance. This Leadership requires a high level of self esteem and self actualization

The leader has a clear set of values and demonstrating them in every action They are the role model for their followers. Genuine trust is built between leaders and followers. Followers have a strong sense of purpose, are motivated. Leaders are Visionary,have good communication skills, build scenarios Articulate the Vision with precision and power in a compelling and persuasive way.

Leaders with this trait stimulate and encourage creativity in their followers. Their vision provides the framework for followers to see how they connect to the leader, the organization, each other, and the goal. Once the the big picture is viewed, the team is allowed the freedom from convention They overcome any obstacles in the way of the mission and this done in a creative manner.

Encompasses the need to respect, to celebrate the individual contribution that each follower can make to the team it is the diversity of the team that gives it true strength. They educate the next generation of leaders, Help fulfil the individuals need for self-actualization, self-fulfilment, and self-worth They naturally propel followers to further achievement and growth.

Begins with awareness –(EQI,IQ,STQI, SQI SSQI)  Awareness of own thoughts and feelings, how these affect one’s actions, and others.  They identify their inner motivating force, what drives them – their passions, values - and how these affect their thoughts, feelings,actions, and those of their teams.  Transformational Leadership inspires wholeness of being, thoughts, feelings and actions are consistent.  Lead with integrity / Authenticity that resonates with others, and inspires them to follow.

They are Inspired in their heart, mind and show it. Connected to self, the world and the people around them. They are grounded in reality Allow their emotions to speak to others in a way that transcends the mind, the gut and the Heart They Pay personal attention to others in a way that engages them, generates trust and commitment Genuinely care about followers. Curious, open to new ideas, learn constantly, they create a culture of continued learning, Create a positive practice environment, where people feel valued and appreciated. They have an awesome power of the mind

If you gain the world, but lose yourself, you lose the game of life anyway. When you bring your authentic self forward, the journey becomes personalized, powerful, meaningful and more enjoyable. Others respond to the genuine nature that they see in you.
