Community Development Department Staff Findings and Recommendation Findings Application #2719 complies with the requirements of the Comprehensive Plan and Sections and of the LDC meeting the criteria to amend the MPD to allow for additional time to file preliminary plat and construct the project. Planning and Land Development Regulation Board Action At the August 20, 2014 Planning and Land Development Regulation Board meeting, the PLDRB voted to recommend approval of application 2719 to City Council. Recommendation Staff and the Planning and Land Development Regulation Board recommend that City Council approve Application #2719, to amend the Oare MPD Development Agreement.
