 Enviro-Pigs are genetically modified pigs that is able to digest phosphorus.  This means that the don’t need to be feed as often.  They give off less phosphorus pollution  The purpose of the enviro-pig is so that when they use the pigs manure on the land it is more environmentally friendly.  A pro is that they don’t eat a lot so they reduce the cost of food and water pollution.  A Con is in the beginning the cost for the farmer will be expensive

 Biodiesel is a clean burning alternative fuel produced by renewable resources.  Biodiesel is made by a chemical process.  The purpose for biodiesel is it is better for the environment which is also a pro.  Some other pros are it’s the best use for limited supplies in fossil fuels and it reduces air pollution.  Some cons are rain forests are being converted into to palm oil productions and current crop cannot keep pace with the bio materials needed for producing biodiesels

 Composting is natures process of recycling decomposed organic materials into a soil which is known as compost.  The purpose of composting is to enrich the soil much faster than it would take for nature to make rich soil.  Some good things about composting is it is very easy, eco-friendly, doesn’t cost much, and helps your garden stay healthy.  Some cons are in the winter instead of just throwing things away you have to save them in buckets to later on make a compost, and unwanted animals may be trouble because they want some of the material

 Methane is also a natural gas and an important energy source.  Methane is over 20 times more effective in trapping heat than carbon dioxide.  Using Methane as an energy source is and environmental benefit.  Some pros for this is it is the cleanest burning fossil fuel, and unlike other gases methane doesn’t give off as much pollution to the air such as smog.  A Con is that is can be harmful if not contained or burned.  Methane gas

 Plastic Products made form corn are Biodegradable.  The purpose of plastic products made from corn is so that we have things we can use that are biodegradable.  A pro is they come from renewable resources.  A con is most of the corn used is genetically modified.

 What is a con about the enviro-pig?  What process is used to make biodiesel?  What is composting?  What is a con about biodiesel?  What are plastic products made from corn? 
