Members Member and community management tool that gives you complete control of member information and overview of the activities in your community. Information card There is an unique information card for each member, group, organization, and community. An information card that contains descriptive information about the member, tools to interact and collaborate with the member, identify commonalities and relations between the card member and visitor, and see the activity in the community by the member. Calendar A calendar with month, week, and day view. There is a public, group, and private calendar. Events in the public calendar can be filtered to only show the event that are of interest for the member. A member can also register themselves to an event. Files Create directories where you can store and share files. Content Create and publish a document online by using an Ms Word similar interface. You can also attach files, presentations, and/or a discussion forum. Messages Send messages to other members or groups in the community. Works like Outlook and you can also see when someone read your message and you can choose if you also want to send a message by . You can also access your normal account when you are not at your normal computer. VCP services

Links Collect links to information resources on different web servers on the Internet and place them in categories with descriptions and if a link stops working you are automatically notified. Projects Report and manage project budget, costs, and grants for project actors and work blocks. Project coordinators also see an overview and detailed financial status. Specialism Members can register their specialist areas and find specialists if they need help or have inquiries. Assignment Project and assignment planning, monitoring, and execution tool. You can structure assignments, involve members, monitor progress and automate standard project management processes. Advice Members can pose questions to categories and experts can be automatically notified when a question is posed in their interest category. Statistics If you manage any type of content in the community you can see who, when, and how often it was visited. Web pages Web page editing engine that is completely web-based and without knowledge of html you can design and publish a webpage. By using web pages you can easily link together content created in any of the other engines. Shop A web-based shop where you can display and sell products. Tools A directory with information cards about tools. Tools can be anything from software to machines. Members can interact with experts on a certain tool.
