Snack/Birthdays Snack o Healthy o Separate bag from lunch o 1 or 2 o Can bring water or a juice box No nuts and peanuts due to severe allergies in the class. Wellness Please have your child use the bathroom prior to coming to school If they are sick-let them stay home! 24 hour rule Please make sure your child gets enough sleep o Standard for 5 year old-10+ hours (US Department of Health and Human Services AND The National Sleep Foundation) o We have mandatory rest time
