FACTORS INFLUENCING DECISIONS GPA Strength of Transcript Test Scores

CALCULATING YOUR G.P.A. Use the following guideline to determine your GPA that many colleges will use. This is especially true for the UC and CSU systems.  Find your weighted and unweighted GPA  Split the difference between the two GPA’s.  Example:  Weighted: 3.60  Unweighted: 3.00  Calculated GPA for colleges = 3.30  GPA is based on A-G courses from sophomore and junior years.  Admission is based on A-G courses from all four years, including senior year.
