 Spot light Outdoor Cinema is a New York based company founded in It operated the first big screen outdoor movie theater in Babylon New York, Long Island offering the biggest outdoor screen in the country to enjoy movies.

 Spot light outdoor cinema was also started with the idea of a community in mind. Our need to connect with our community and support family entertainment and recreation as well as our strong desire to give back to our community is what launched our business.

 Strengths:  Outdoor  Different  Really big parking lot  we provide food service  Every kind of movies  Weaknesses:  weather  space

 Threats:  Competition  Opportunities:  We are the only ones in the area  The community never had an outdoor cinema before.

Vision  Our Vision is to be able to bring entertainment and education not only for one community, but be able to share this new experience to many other communities. Mission Statement  The Spotlight Outdoor cinema was created to facilitate film and video production; to deliver informative, entertaining, and educational content.

Corporate Values  We wish to have a personal relationship with our clients, by offering the best quality service.  One important factor in our company is the employee satisfaction. Business Objectives  Try to deliver the highest quality outdoor cinematic experience available anywhere.  We want to have more than one outdoor cinema in New York.

Key Strategies  Marketing the community  Also provide private services to schools or organizations Major Goals  Spot-light Outdoor cinema main goal is to bring the magic of the movies to the Babylon community.  Our goal is to provide family-friendly, fun events throughout the year for a very low price. We are currently creating various “Movie Nights” events where communities can gather on a regular basis.

Strategic Action Programs  The most important action to take is to start targeting the community we are interested in, and start promoting the outdoor cinema.  Create promotion through newspapers, and local Channels.

 We are trying to pursue people with common characteristics like.  Families who enjoyed being outdoors  Couples, singles.

We must position our services as the one with unique feature like:  Make it Affordable to population of all ages.  Giving discounts to loyal customers.
