2 Introduction / Mission Statement Sporting Futures USA is a Specialist American University Sports Consultancy Company based in the UK, providing a complete service for US based coaching staff & talented young sportsmen and women. Our full and comprehensive service allows our prospective student athletes to find colleges and universities which enhance their sporting and academic aspirations, while our highly experienced and qualified team will make every effort to bring the very best prospective student athletes to the attention of the very best American universities. If you believe that you have the talent in your sport and the commitment to your education and are aged between 16 and 20, then Sporting Futures USA would love to hear from you. If you are a US College or University coach looking overseas for that special talent to enhance and impact your team, then look no further than Sporting Futures USA.

3 Objectives & Goals My objectives and goals for Sporting Futures are get as many athletes as I can out to America to live the dream in playing full time football and also gaining an education, I want kids to experience everything I went through when I went through this process as it was truly amazing. My objective is to help every athlete through everything and be there for them whether it’s before they leave to go to America or once they actually arrive in America. My goal is to send 20 athletes each fall, getting them all to the best university of their ability and academic stature.

4 SWOT Analysis Strengths Loyalty to the customer Family orientated deal with all matters an athlete doesn’t need to worry about Manager being an athlete himself Connections Experience Time management, young so have a lot of time Weaknesses No branch in the US Getting in contact with athletes can be tough as email is a slow process Being young could be a bad thing Opportunities get to provide my vast experience to other young athletes, connections, knowing a lot of people in the UK through football who may have players for me and also from being in America I have a lot of contacts over there like coaches and players who may be keen to take some of my athletes. Friends are willing to help me and the company by becoming scouts and helping me set up showcase events. Threats Competition from other companies for players

5 Competition Sporting Futures USA is leader between its competitors, as we are well known to have the highest amount of quality and luxury on the market, we look after and keep contact with all our athletes until they graduate from college in America and on occasion w even help find them a career after graduation. It came to my attention that some athletes who have come to my company from other agencies said that they get their players a university and just dump them without any contact at all.

6 Advertisement This is my advertisement campaign! I made up a poster which I am going to put on Facebook, in local newspapers and make up as pamphlet to hand to players. This campaign is to attract players who are interested in coming to America for the fall of 2015. To monitor the progress I can check how many emails I receive, also how many newspapers were bought and how many people had read my Facebook post.

7 Evaluation To evaluate the marketing plan I feel like I have a really good idea, using my past experience from being in America and giving the same opportunity to young athletes who I feel I want to work with and have the potential for big things. I do this by setting up business meetings have phone conversations and email my clients regularly giving them updates. I feel like we are the best company as we keep our customers satisfied by having monthly matches where all the players meet together this is why our percentage for keeping players on the program is at the highest. To keep up with competitors I feel I have priced my service well at 2,000 pound per athlete. Finally I enjoy working with all my athletes and being a footballer myself I feel I have bright ideas and a lot of contacts which could help the company.
