D2: evaluate the effects of identified lifestyle factors on health and fitness, when applying for public service and long-term employment.

4 Points to cover on each section Tell me what the issue is - definition. Tell me why this is bad for your health. Tell me why the public services would not want you to do this and how it would affect your application or employment – provide examples. Provide some advise and strategies to quit and justify a positive effect on health.
