Cadet Leader Development Training (CLDT) SY Performance Objectives At the conclusion of this lesson, Cadet NCOs will understand where to find and look up specific Citadel Regulations Review how to train and enforce regulations and standards Complete a Cadet NCO Regulations and Knowledge Test to certify each cadet NCO has a base understanding on where to locate and learn Citadel regulations

Cadet Leader Development Training (CLDT) SY Know the Standards “The buck stops with the NCO (first line supervisors). If NCOs do not know, train or enforce standards, nothing can be achieved.” What is a Regulation? A rule or directive made and maintained by an authority. What is a Standard? A level of quality or attainment.

Cadet Leader Development Training (CLDT) SY Practical Exercise/NCO Certification NCO Regulations and Knowledge Certification Test: Each Cadet NCO will complete the fill in the blank Regulations Test. Cadet NCOs will to have look up and answer specific questions on Cadet Regulations and Standards. All testing completed turn into Company Tactical Officer NLT 1200 Friday 24 APR Cadet NCOs must receive an 80%, 16/20 questions correct to be considered certified. Any failures will retest at Tactical Officers convenience.
