Holt Fusion LIFE Science Holt Fusion Life Science can be accessed online at at the website, and at Students can access online tutorials through the student portal of B.E.E.P, available on the Falcon Cove website. The modules provide self-assessing opportunities in science (and other subject areas).

Long-Term:  to prepare them for a changing society by teaching them how to be problem solvers and process skills, which will serve them well always, and to interest them in careers in Science Short Term:  to create an enriching environment using a wide variety of instructional strategies to help students achieve success and enjoy learning  to provide them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to be successful with their own goals as well as the state’s learning goals  to prepare them for the rigors of the sciences in high school, college, and beyond

 Students must maintain a project Journal, which must be a hard- covered, bound notebook detailing every single thing done, and which contains all the information (INCLUDING RESEARCH) pertaining to completion of the project. This will be in place of the “Research Paper” and will be part of the student’s SF grade; the other part being the Science Board Presentation.  All information on how to complete the project can be found under the science department link on our school's website and students will be given weekly instruction on how to prepare the specific parts.  Students, START looking for an idea that interests you!  (Think of cause and effect : how does this affect that ?)
