Syllabus Absent Work Policies: THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Use the website Ask me Don’t trust your friends Turn it in within three days of your return with a slip Work that was due the day of your absence is due the day of your return, NOT AFTER. Unexcused absences will NOT be allowed to make up work.

Syllabus Late Work Policies Each student has been given four late work passes. Each pass gives you a 24 hour extension the due date of most assignment without consequences. (Passes cannot be used on test, quizzes, presentations, or class discussions.) Late work without a pass will receive a zero. Formal assessments ONLY may be turned in late for 50% of the original credit received if turned in without a late pass. Unused late passes can be turned in at the end of each semester for extra credit by students with no missing work. Passes do not carry over to the next semester.
