Conclusion Risk Assessment & Risk Mgt. Study It is mandatory for all the mining units for RARM study as per IX Conference of Safety in Mines All the mining units of IREL has already done it Existing system of Tripartite meeting between DGMS, Unit and Unions exist in every unit for periodical review of hazard analysis, training, occupational health etc. of employees All units of IREL are certified with ISO and in the process of obtaining IS 18001
