294 participants claimed that they are currently using the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters. 37 participants plan to use the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters in one month. 8 participants plan to use the information/methods provided in the MYWOH e-newsletters in six months. 47 participants claimed that they lost weight during the course of the MYWOH program. 270 participants claimed that they successfully maintained their weight during the course of the MYWOH program % of the 344 respondents were successful at losing or maintaining their weight using the MYWOH e-newsletters!
