Welcome to MLEC Open House English II and VI Ms. Ramontal

Our Goals for this Year Attendance Parent Title One Parent Compact Maintain a safe learning environment. FCAT Writing and Reading 10 th Grade Graduation of all seniors

Parent Involvement Check parent portal at least once a week. Each students is required to have a composition notebook, a three ring binder and three dividers. Feel free to contact me via e- mail whenever necessary at:

Classroom Expectations I have four simple expectations: –B–BE PROMPT –B–BE ATTENTIVE –B–BE RESPECTFUL –B–BE PREPARED Each student is expected to be in class and ready to begin when the bell rings.

Expectations Cont… All students need to pay attention to the task at hand. Students need to respect themselves and their classmates. Students need to come to class ready to work. (Bell Warmers) Call phones may not be used anytime during time.

Home Work Homework is assigned nightly. In addition to nightly homework, students are required to read 30 minutes nightly. Reading Logs Homework assignments need to be in class on the day they are due.
