Order Forms What MUST be included:  Order Date/Delivery Date  Shop Information (name, address, phone, etc)  Customer Information  Delivery Information  Description of item to be purchased  Estimated cost  Message for Card  Payment Information

Order Forms See Sample Handout for Example For your Portfolio, this must be TYPED!!!

Business Cards Information to Include  Name of Business  Name of Owner & Title (optional)  Address  Phone # and Fax #  and/or Webpage  Logo  Possibly list of services or a “tag-line”

Advertising For your portfolio, you need to create an “advertising plan” that explains how you will advertise your shop Include “1” sample advertisement in your portfolio….it may be in any form.

Deliveries This is always a common question How will you handle deliveries for your shop?  Will you have them?  Will you be limited on mileage?  Is the cost included or will you charge extra Make sure you outline your Delivery policy in your Portfolio.
