* No matter what your age, your daily food choices can make a huge difference in your overall health and in how you feel and look. Eating a healthy, balanced diet daily provides the nutrients your body needs to keep your bones, organs and muscles in optimum shape. * These nutrients include fats, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals. Healthy eating may also help you maintain a healthy weight, boost your heart health, prevent diabetes and improve your brain function.

Per 100g, this stunningly prepared chicken pie only contains 259 calories! The chicken pieces add the protein you need. The little pieces of vegetables gives your your daily healthy vitamins. This meal is a lot better then just a Big Mac meal at McDonalds.

* Per 100g, just this big mac burger has over 250 calories ! Don’t let the lettuce deceive you!!! This is not an ideal meal, after this burger is consumed it doesn't keep you full for long. which means you would want to eat more food right after, which enables more calories taken in, in one day. So now which meal seems more alluring ? The fatty big mac burger with deep friend calories, or the healthy alternative with a lot of the necessary food groups.
