1 Eating healthy is important because you need a balanced diet to keep you fit. A balanced diet is some food from each section. The sections are vegetables, carbohydrate, dairy, protein and the sugar section.

2 This is the healthy food that your body needs to eat! Your body needs fuel to turn into energy. You need to have carbohydrates like bread, pasta and rice because they release energy slowly unlike sugary foods. This food group should make up a third of your diet. In addition you should eat fruit and vegetables because they give you vitamins and repair your body. Having dairy will get you calcium which will give you stronger bones and teeth. Eating protein will help you develop stronger muscles. Having fat is good for warmth however you shouldn't have to much because you will be overweight.

3 Eating all day For breakfast you should have something that has vitamins or vitamin D. It’s a good idea to have carbohydrates for breakfast also as this will give you energy for the day ahead. Toast, croissants, crumpets and cereal all contain carbohydrates. In your cereal you should have some healthy milk and you can have a piece of fruit. For lunch I recommend you should have a sandwich with ham and cheese or lettuce, chicken, turkey or a plain sandwich. This will give you essential nutrients you need and more energy to keep you going. At last for dinner you could have spaghetti Bolognese, chicken, veg, potatoes, pie. This will be a good source of protein. Its vital to also have plenty of fluids to keep hydrated, water is the best drink for you!
