5 1 day XX 1. Compare your food servings with the recommended servings for the 4 main food groups. I use to ate grain a lot because this the kind of food that we should eat from it a lot and it is healthy. I use vegetables and fruits in my meals its gives me vitamins and minerals also its healthy and low fat. I just eat one kind of meet and protein. The last group Fats, Oils and Sweets its not healthy but I like to eat from it a lot. 2. Compare your % values with the recommended % values for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. I should eat 10% to 35% of calories from protein but I am eating just 6% from the protein its to low. I am eating 32% fat its normal and good because we should eat 20% to 35% of calories from fat. Also I am normal in carbohydrates I eat 61% and we should eat 45% to 65% of calories from carbohydrates. 3. What diet changes should you make? (Mention fiber, types of protein, drinks, types of fat, etc.) I should eat my breakfast everyday which is include one kind of meat and protein such as egg and glass of fruit juice. For my lunch also I should eat one kind of meat a protein such as chicken or meat or fish and it should include vegetables such as salad and one kind of fruits such as apple. The dinner should include vegetables and fruits and milk. I should drink a lot of water during the whole day. 4. Are you eating enough calories? How many calories should you be consuming daily? I don’t think I am eating enough calories. The number of calories we should eat its up to our age , sex , weight and height. I am a women 19 years old that’s why I should eat 2000 calories.

The nutritious diet is healthy, give me a lot of vitamins and proteins for our whole body and makes it strong, gives me nice ship of body and make me more activity but my favorite diet unhealthy, has a lot of fat, makes me fat and have bad ship of body and makes me lazy. 2. Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number). I choice for every meal one kind of meat and protein such as for the breakfast egg (130), the lunch grill chicken salad (486) and the dinner grill chicken (310). The important thing to drink water(0), milk (110) and fresh juice (15.8). Also I use the vegetable (35) and fruit (15.8) in every meal.
