Timelines To Project Completion The timelines shared are proposed to date and may change slightly as the project unfolds: April 9, 10:00 am - PLRD meeting with project architects. April 15, 7:00 pm - Community meeting for the sharing of priorities and feedback to support the process of the Building Committee. April 22 to April 27 - selection of Architectural team. May 2 - Meeting of building committee to consolidate all community, staff, and student input. June Sharing of the schematic design of the architectural team with the community of Hanna.
Project Timelines continued July 2014/August Design Development. August 2014/November Construction Documents Completion. November Tendering and Award. December Award Contract to successful Contractor.
